Crafting With Confidence

1. Using the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Your Creative Assets

You retain ownership of the prompts, training data, and generated outputs you create. By uploading or generating content, you grant LUPPI a license to process and host that content solely to provide the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to reverse engineer our services, disrupt infrastructure, or create unlawful, hateful, or exploitative content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Service Availability

We strive to deliver a reliable experience, but LUPPI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUPPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new capabilities or comply with legal requirements. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the console or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
